Terms & Conditions for Knitting Stuff by Ebba.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of digital products from Knitting Stuff by Ebba.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

Knitting Stuff by Ebba sell digital knitting patterns (PDF files).
All products are digital downloads only — no physical items will be shipped.

2. Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link to your digital pattern(s).
Delivery is automatic and usually immediate, but may take a few minutes depending on the payment provider.

3. No refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed, as the product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

4. Personal use only

All patterns are for personal use only.

You may not:

• Resell, share, or distribute the files

• Upload them to other websites or platforms

• Claim the designs as your own

Finished items made from the patterns may be sold in small handmade quantities.

5. Intellectual property

All content, including patterns, text, images, and designs is the intellectual property of Knitting Stuff by Ebba and is protected by copyright law.

6. Payment

Payments are processed through third-party providers via Squarespace.

7. Availability

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Errors in printing out the patterns

• Errors in patterns

• Technical issues on the customer’s device

• Loss of downloaded files after purchase

We recommend saving your files immediately after download.
